Our trip to Sonoma Valley was an amazing trip. We went for 3 days and 3 nights. We stayed outside of Sonoma Valley in a little town called Guerneville. It was about a 30 minute ride into Sonoma Valley. We stayed outside of Sonoma Valley because it was less expensive then the villas and/or hotels in Sonoma Valley.

The actual house we stayed in had three bedrooms and three bathrooms. Although they did sleep 4 downstairs and the third bathroom was a non-flushing incinerator, the place was a bargain.

We visited over 6 different vineyards and tasted red, white and sparkling wines. At Rodney Strong we did some sparkling wine with food pairings. At Havest Moon we were able to stay wine half way through the fermentation process. Each vineyard had wonderful tastings, but some were better than others.
